A professional life and leadership coach since 2020, Courtney has a background in higher education and the music industry. She is dedicated to empowering men and women to overcome limiting beliefs and adopt healthier mindsets. Over the last two decades, she has been helping colleagues, clients and college students, achieve personal and professional success through finding their voice and embracing leadership.
She knows what it is like to experience divorce, single parenthood, losing loved ones to cancer, anxiety, depression, anorexia and the hard cycle of enabling alcoholic, addictive behaviors of others.
Courtney partners with her coaching clients so that they have more clarity, purpose and insights to bravely take their next steps forward. A graduate of the CFJ Coaching Success School, she received an M.A. in Arts administration from Indiana University, and a B.S. degree in Marketing from Miami University of Ohio.
